Today's Panzica organization traces its origins
to the 
founding of the architectural practice of Anthony J. Panzica, RA in
1955.
In 1976, Panzica Construction Inc. was
formed to provide design/build services, allowing the architect to manage
and control the process and quality of construction from concept to
completion. During this time Anthony's sons joined the firm, each contributing
a different area of specialized knowledge.
In 1982 Panzica Development Co. was created as a division of Panzica
Construction, providing build-to-suit leaseback and property management
services.
In 1998, all companies consolidated as Panzica Building Corporation,
a true multi-disciplined firm providing single-source design/build expertise
in commercial, industrial and institutional projects, including retail
stores, offices, manufacturing plants, warehouses, distribution centers,
churches, restaurants, convenience stores, medical facilities and funeral
homes.
Repeat clients include "Fortune 500" corporations in addition
to some of Michiana's most prominent institutions.
